2021 FULLY LOADED-TURN KEY 16x7x7 FT CONCESSION FOOD/CATERING TRAILER + EXTRAS in Sioux Falls, South Dakota

2021 FULLY LOADED-TURN KEY 16x7x7 FT CONCESSION FOOD/CATERING FOOD TRAILER. This trailer is very clean and stands 7' high on the inside. Trailer was custom built in Texas in Sept 2020. All electrical works properly including circuit breaker panel, all outlets, hood system, ac, pump/heater, interior and exterior lights. Trailer brakes good. Triple sinks and hand sink work with no problem and have been drained during the winter months to prevent frozen pipes. PVC pipes work good and have upgraded with snap connects for both the heater and water pump in order for easy removal for the winter/off season. Water pump is on dedicated switch for easy on off. Pump was upgraded in 2021. Fender and light are working properly. Paint and wrap job are 2 years old. Undercarriage was sprayed with weatherproofing spray to prevent wear. Tongue and and jack work properly. Electric jack upgraded in Aug 2022. Left wheel fender was bumped at a gig but its been bent back, secured and touched up. Interior is in prime condition. The stainless steel and diamond plate flooring make it a breeze to clean up. Our heath scores have been 100% except our first one 98% because we forgot our chem test strips. Last heath inspection was on 8/22. Our hood and fire suppression was inspected in 4/22. Our fire inspection was passed on 4/22. Burners were used sparinglyas a quick sauce warmer if need needed. Flat top was only used to warm up bread and never saw any grease. Used steam table and warmer to warm up toppings.
